S.A.Brain Ltd appointed DMP to undertake both the Interior Design & Project management for the 2nd Grape & Olive venture after a successful Cardiff outlet was opened in 2007. The location for this second, larger offering was to be located over the top two floors in Wales's tallest building in Swansea's up & coming marina development boasting 360deg views of both the city and its beautiful coastline. Completed & opened in November 2010 the new restaurant has already been receiving rave reviews from critics & locals alike.
