DMP worked closely with both Punch Partnerships & the Fat Cat group in the development of a previously dated premises located in a affluent suburb of Cardiff. After opening a successful city centre bar on Greyfriars Rd the Sir Henry Morgan was to be the third offering in a line of Victoriana style gastro pubs currently being rolled out as part of a new venture by the Fat Cat group.
